For two nights only, Drei Stuben takes a different direction.
We're firing up the spit and serving slow-roasted young pig to share. Served with crispy chive potatoes, grilled pointed cabbage with caraway and summer garden lalad
CHF 38 per person
We recommend pairing it with the Belle de Boskoop cider from Oswald & Ruch in Schaffhausen.
For those who wish, we will also be serving tomatoes, nectarines, burrata and elderflower vinaigrette to start, followed by a summer pavlova with marinated berries and vanilla cream to finish.Drei Stuben
Drei Stuben is a cosy Zurich neighbourhood restaurant with 14 GaultMillau points. Known for seasonal Swiss cuisine, wild game and creative classics.

The entire restaurant can be rented exclusively for events 7 days a week. We have capacity for 80 people.
