PARAISO
Paraiso is your invitation into Corin Schmid's summer kitchen.
For two months, our head chef shares an another side of her cooking through a menu that reflects what inspires her most. Created especially for long evenings in the Drei Stuben garden, it brings together seafood, cooking over fire and influences from around the world in a way that doesn't exist on our regular menu.
During PARAISO, the regular Drei Stuben menu and lunch service take a summer break. From mid-September, Drei Stuben returns with game season and its regular lunch and dinner menus.
FOOD & DRINK
Expect crudos, carpaccios, charcoal-fired skewers and dishes from the fire. From Lobster Rice and grilled langoustines to whole fish and prime cuts from the grill.
Fresh cocktails, Champagne and a carefully selected wine list.
The menu can be enjoyed however you like. Whether sharing a selection across the table or ordering individually.
